I am so excited to welcome you to The SFF Bookshelf! This blog endeavours to write informative and interesting reviews of science fiction and fantasy novels (mostly young adult fiction), whilst writing posts about my favourite series and authors, my own writing process and development, and anything else book related.
My name is Madeline Johnston, I am twenty-one and born in Australia. I currently have a BA in History and English, and beginning my Honours in History in 2016. I also work part-time as a retail assistant in a DVD and Music store. I am an aspiring SFF author. When I am not studying or working or writing or reading good SFF fiction, I am usually blasting Adele whilst driving my old car around the state or binge-watching numerous television series such as Game of Thrones, Star Trek, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., The Walking Dead and Law & Order.
